FREAK ME BABY
It feels like it's been a while since I blogged but that's because of choir week. It wasn't totally hell for me this time, only because we only have like, what, three costumes? Plus our dances are easy and after my medley, I have like, 45 minutes to kill... I've been using that time to play Spin-the-Bottle with C, AS, K, and A... and talking to E about boys. Haha.
This week hasn't been chill at all at home though. From the time I enter and leave the house for school, I'm always being yelled at about school. And when I'm at school, I can't stop thinking about when I get home, it'll be Groundhog Day. It never ends, and it's making me want to end it. Don't worry. Only like in the Kelly Clarkson way. ("Breakaway sung by me-- acoustic, slower, and sadder). Luckily, I was reminded how I'm almost 18 and it's going to be over in a matter of time... Time goes by so fast. It's already almost "mid-March" and school ends in June. What I really need to focus on right now is getting my act straight academically and staying sane for the best of me.
Teachers like Mr. O really help me keep it together, too. He's so awesome, you wouldn't even believe. And all he's been doing is keeping it real and not asking questions that don't need answering outloud. On Wednesday, it rained really hard, and he took us outside to race paper boats in the gutter. I've always wanted to do that and never got the chance. He's the kind of person I love meeting, someone who'd better the quality of your life by teaching you how to be a person, even if his job was to teach me the Edict of Nantes and the Proclamation Act.
Then Thursday.
Another hang out with great people =]
